The Conkouati Douli National Park project employs a total of 44 people, while three agents from the Ministry of Forestry Economy and the Environment (MEFE) are also attached to the project.

Park management is implemented by a MFEE park warden, a WCS project director, a MFEE assistant warden and a WCS administrator. The personnel are divided into five different areas: anti-poaching and surveillance (22 ecoguards), ecological research (two research assistants), socio-economic research (two research assistants), education (1 educator) and marine research (two research assistants). In addition to specific training courses for ecoguards and researchers, all staff benefit from on-the-job training.
