Capacity Building
The Mbeli Bai Study currently employs two Congolese research assistants who are being trained in all aspects of data collection and analysis, as well as English Language training. Assistants regularly participate in training workshops aimed at developing specific skills, both at the Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park, and at landscape and regional level. Management and logistical capacity is improved through gaining experience in the design and implementation of individual research projects.
